Saskia Tidey
Saskia is a two-time Olympic sailor, who has competed successfully on the international sailing circuit in world championships and as a member of “the greatest sailing team of all times”. She is currently preparing for her third Olympic Games representing Great Britain in Paris 2024 alongside her work as a leadership coach and mentor.
Saskia is passionate about teamwork as well as sustainability in the context of high-performance teams and organisations. Her extensive experience in identifying, prioritising and delivering on ambitious fixed goals in consistently dynamic and everchanging environments makes her stand out with her ability to guide and mentor both projects and people through change.
