David Holland FCA

David is an accomplished advisor with over 25 year’s experience advising and working with businesses internationally, across a range of sectors and varying in scale from family and owner managed to listed companies.

He has record of providing value added advisory services to businesses through the identification and understanding of key commercial, strategic and valuation issues; advising and liaising with international financial institutions, venture capital and private equity firms and private investors on both sides of M&A transactions as well as debt and equity fundraisings; provision of transaction advisory services in respect of local and cross border debt and equity funded transactions; and commercial finance roles including Chief Financial Officer to a high net worth Family Office, and CFO and director services to high growth phase companies.

An Australian and naturalized Irishman, David is an eager traveler and wannabe wine buff. David is also a keen golfer, skier and scuba diver.
